www.cbass.com  Clarence Bass' web site. Clarence is a lawyer, author, and bodybuilder.  His approach to nutrition, strength building, and fitness is fantastic.  Clarence is not a runner, but he does endurance train, usually via rowing or cycling.  His web site is stuffed full of great articles.

http://www.pponline.co.uk/  Peak Performance offers something for every athlete.  They produce a research based, monthly newsletter that is quite informative.  Their web site has a huge number of training articles for many different sports.  Definitely worth checking out.

PubMed  If you are interested in research, this is your web sit.  PubMed, a service of the National Library of Medicine, includes over 14 million citations for biomedical articles back to the 1950's. These citations are from MEDLINE and additional life science journals. PubMed includes links to many sites providing full text articles and other related resources.

RunTex forum  RunTex operates several running specific stores in Austin, TX and has been called the best running store in the USA.  The primary reason I have included its forum in the links is because it is the site I most frequently post to.

Muscle Factor Strength Training - a revolutionary, physiology-based strength training method based on the muscle factor model.  Research suggests muscle factor training will produce 5% - 20% greater increases in strength than any other method.
